I am submissive and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I own my business and have had to learn to be one tough bitch when needed and is needed more than i would like it to be. Prior to that i was a state probation and parole officer for 18 yrs.

Okay, back on topic - I'm in food and beverage in 2 very nice hotels, prolly soon to be Ass. F&B Manager, unless I succeed in getting my boss fired, in which case I would become F&B Manager. Love being in control, hate having a boss above me interfering, and will prolly soon start my own business. Am a very laid back, fun boss, but I have pity on the people who don't do their jobs. Actually, I don't have pity. I have a very neat process to remove them from my presence. I don't deal well with internal politics, shoot from the hip, and get stuff done. I'm submissive. Hello All...This has always been an intriguing topic for me. i have had so many "professions." i have been a high school teacher, head teacher in adult men's maximum security prisons, secretary, paralegal, bartender, strip dancer...not necessarily in that order...but what i realized is that in all my jobs, i created the job more than the job created me; and in that creation, i served and do serve in many ways. i cannot be happy in any job in which i am not doing that. So in that way, there is a correlation, yes. star

I am the CEO of a nonprofit agency. It pretty much fits my personality. I manage and guide my staff, answer only to my board of directors and craft the direction of our work. In other words, I tell people what to do. My only preference would be to win the mega million lottery, give the agency 2 or 3 million bucks and buy the ability to retire. Some would call it a pipe dream.........I call it my future investment plan [;)]
