The days of the temper tantrum are rapidly coming to an end.

You think? We've just "elected" a tantrum-thrower-in-chief, after all.

I assume that you haven't read any commentary by conservative people that have lived and worked with Obama before he became president. Nor would I expect you to do so. But, the general understanding is that Obama is the most thinned skinned person they've ever met. He just won't talk to you if you don't agree with his dogma.

Consider that while he was running for president he said he'd talk to anyone. Mainly referring to Iran, but saying anyone. And, in fact, the only people he hasn't and won't talk to are republicans. Instead he whines and calls them obstructionists. Before Obama, I couldn't imagine a president just saying "I won" and refusing to talk to anyone who didn't follow his "mandate." I know, for instance, the Civil Rights Act probably wouldn't have passed without LBJ twisting the arms of anyone who disagreed with his position. It's what should happen. If Obama wanted more cooperation from republicans he should have been calling every single congressman on the phone and not just talked to his side. He didn't.

what co-operation??

Oh you mean the government shutdown over Obama care? Or the multiple times that Obama had to fight with the GOP over the Bush tax cuts early on? Or is the 60 to 80 votes to Impede or repeal Obama care that Obama had to veto, - you call that cooperation or even bipartisanship?

Before 2008, I couldn't imagine a political party that would waste $87M to almost $100(+) million of government and taxpayer cash and paralyze the government just to repeal one law.

Why would Obama bother calling a Republican ANYBODY, when they were NOT going to cooperate for any other reason other than to be the one who got Obamacare repealed??

Obstructionist is the only word that the GOP is, and was.

The Republican party complains government doesnt work for people, and then makes darn sure it cannot.

But wait, there's more, continuing waste of money on same old political assassination hearings, borrow and spend congress multiplying the debt horrifically, wasteful military spending, Garland hearing, and yet there's still more, no, the temper tantrum of the nutsuckers is an ongoing thing and has been and will be for some time.

Well, there you go. You'll never know because he never did it. All of the great presidents did. The ones that are lost to history took your approach.

And there YOU go. I know because I would NOT of done it. I'm not a sucker for punishment, and neither was/is Obama. Simple logic dude.

All the "great presidents" had opposing parties that actually did cooperate at least a little bit, your party did absolutely nothing. And made no secret of it.

Obama is not going to get lost to history, that's just a pipe dream on your part.
And a good part of the reason why he's not going to be lost to history is because of your party's extra obstructionism. And there are plenty of news stories all about it.

Now your party is going have to get off it's lazy sorry ass and actually do something other than say no.

https://www.healthinsurance.org/obamacare-repeal-votes/

And the gop is not going to have anybody to blame for the failures that they are going to make.

He spends a lot of money and effort exporting arms to people that don't have the Wests interest at heart.

Since amerika and it's proxies do the same what is your issue?

Not to mention starving millions of his people.

Just where do you get this information? From the govermnment you claim not to trust?

The left used to be concerned about genocide. Now, I guess, not so much.

This would seem to be prima-facia evidence that you do not believe that the right gives a shit about genocide???Was that your point?

Actually making it a requirement for citizenship

Almost all male U.S. citizens and male immigrants, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service.

All male citizens. In fact one time while in college I noticed that my college made males entering college prove they had signed up before they were admitted. I was a little shocked and asked one of the guys in line if it was a federal requirement or a requirement of the college and was told it had to do with federal money to the college. I didn't investigate it further as i had been in the draft during the Vietnam era. Maybe someone here knows what's happening now.

It is exactly what I said, Now.
