If Obama wanted more cooperation from republicans he should have been calling every single congressman on the phone and not just talked to his side. He didn't.

what co-operation?? Oh you mean the government shutdown over Obama care? Or the multiple times that Obama had to fight with the GOP over the Bush tax cuts early on? Or is the 60 to 80 votes to Impede or repeal Obama care that Obama had to veto, - you call that cooperation or even bipartisanship?

Before 2008, I couldn't imagine a political party that would waste $87M to almost $100(+) million of government and taxpayer cash and paralyze the government just to repeal one law.

Why would Obama bother calling a Republican ANYBODY, when they were not going to cooperate for any other reason other than to be the one who got Obamacare repealed??

All male citizens. In fact one time while in college I noticed that my college made males entering college prove they had signed up before they were admitted. I was a little shocked and asked one of the guys in line if it was a federal requirement or a requirement of the college and was told it had to do with federal money to the college. I didn't investigate it further as i had been in the draft during the Vietnam era. Maybe someone here knows what's happening now.
