I did about 20 minutes on the exercise bike, then was going to head into some squats but they were being used. They were busy dead lifting 540 pounds, so I just substituted hack squats instead. I got in some power cleans. The last time I ever did them was in high school. I might try and work them in more often. The people in those spin classes peddle their asses off. Power cleans 5x95, 6x135, 5x185. Hack squats 12x90, 10x270, 10x270, 8x320. Leg curls 10x80, 6x155, 10x125, 10x80. Leg press 10x270, 10x360, 10x450, 12x500. Deadlifts 20x120, 15x200, 20x200. Calf raises 50x150, 30x210, 30x250, 30x310, 50x310. Now I just have abs to do.
