Had my barbell snap in two during curls. I'm glad it didnt break during skull crushers. Won't be buying another bar from Walmart. Dumbell press 10x45, 10x45, 10x45. military press 7x90, 15x70, 20x70. Lateral raises 10x15, 10x15, 15x15. Front raises 10x25, 12x25. Skull crushers 10x25 4x4. Barbell curls 5x105, 10x80, 10x80, 10x80, 14x80. Concentration curls 10x25 4x4. Tri extensions 10x25 4x4. Wrist curls 10x25 4x4.
